Science, technology, engineering, arts, math  – these are skills that Canadian and North American First Nations people have been using for generations, fully aware of the need for balance between the creation we have been called to take care of, and the need to use the resources we have been given to meet the practical and aesthetic needs of our communities.

  • Students will have an opportunity to present a completed project every 1-2 weeks.

Outside of the Box – Literature and STEAM Elementary Cycle 3

10 weeks $150

Learn to use communication boards, create an elevator, secret codes, design a wheelchair accessible playground, create a movie or stop motion video, design a comic book experiment with flight, design an emergency shelter. These are many more skills are the challenges you will face in this engaging literature based STEAM book club for elementary cycle 3
