Autism and Learning Disabilities Virtual Worlds

Welcome to Virtual Worlds. Meet some of my students. Our “field tips” include dog-sledges in the Arctic, snorkelling through a human digestive system, visiting scenes from our novel study and interaction with the main characters, and so much more.

Motivation is not a problem with virtual learning!

Virtual Worlds Online Classrooms for students with autism and other learning disabilities have proven to be a tremendous success in BC and enrollment is constantly rising. A pilot project is being considered for Quebec for 2019-2020 for students in grades 5-8. Students will meet each morning  in the “classroom” with their teacher and classmates and cover all core subjects – Math, English, French, Science, Social Studies, Art and Personal Development. Math and language courses will be individualized to allow for different skill levels. Much of the learning will be based on gamification.

Class size will be limited to 6 students for this coming year. If you are interested, please email
